Our roasting style is of the school of thought
that coffee should be roasted to enhance the
sweeter flavours of the bean. To achieve this we
use only the highest quality Arabica beans
roasted to a traditional city roast. Often
thought to be too light to serve as espresso, we
have achieved incredible results through
intimate knowledge of the bean and roasting
process.
